名字の漢字・カナは、お客様ご自身にてマイページから変更手続きが可能です。
以下の手順に従って、ご変更ください。

マイページ よりログイン＞「登録内容の確認・変更」へ進み、変更したい項目のメニュー「編集する」からご変更ください。
※同じIDにて複数サイトをご利用いただいているお客様は、1サイトのみ変更の申請を行っていただければ、その情報がご利用サイトにも反映されます。
「姓」のご変更には期間・回数の制限があります。
・初回登録から1年間は変更不可
・変更から1年間変更不可
ご自身でのお手続きができない場合は、下記の必要事項をご明記のうえご連絡いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

・変更後の名字（漢字/フリガナ）
・Date of birth (8 digits in the Gregorian calendar)
・Registered phone number
・ご住所
・Eから始まるPlus member ID
