Our new song "Fiction" has been chosen as the ending theme for the TV anime "Two People Smoking Behind the Supermarket".

This song is a brand new track written specifically for this album, and it features a bitter yet romantic sound based on city pop.

Along with the release of the theme song today, the first main promotional video for the anime has been released.

I'm so happy to be involved with a work that I've been reading since I was young.

I was thrilled by the small but precious moments that Sasaki, who is busy with her daily work at the company, and Yamada, who works at a supermarket, spend together, sharing a secret.

Because we don't know each other's true identities, we can speak our minds honestly, and our curiosity about the other person makes us look forward to tomorrow.

I created this piece to represent the relationship between the two characters, with a pop yet slightly mature image.

I hope you enjoy listening to it along with the artwork!

Starting in July 2026​, the series will begin airing nationwide simultaneously on 28​ ​TBS network stations every Thursday at 11:56​ ​PM / An exclusive pre-release version will be available on ABEMA starting in June.​
